The italian breakfast.

This was all about location.We were in Pescarra for a Futsal youth tournament and needed a property situated central to numerous venues and the bus and train station. This was perfect for us..Our breakfast was an in room experience with products replenished every day and ideal for our needs.Finally the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. a great help when you can’t speak Italien.

This next comment is not a criticism of the property but needs to be considered for people ,like us who were there for an extended stay rather than a few days.We feel ,certainly with the room we had, that it best served the needs of those on a more limited time eg perhaps two or three days. I do not want the owner and wonderful staff to see any criticism in these comments.We had a great stay with them and in the event we return to Pescarra for a shorter period we would book with them again.

La struttura dove siamo stati ospitati non è quella prenotata; abbiamo ricevuto una mail in cui ci si diceva che, per imprecisati motivi, si era reso necessario cambiare la sede. Ma la struttura sostitutiva non è un B&B in senso stretto: alla colazione devono provvedere gli ospiti, con gli alimenti messi a disposizione nella stanza (bollitore, frigorifero, ecc.). Ma questo trattamento "fai da te" non corrisponde al prezzo pagato. Come minimo, ci si sarebbe aspettati un rimborso. In alternativa, un voucher per fare colazione in un bar vicino.
