The large airy room with a very nice ocean view.
We were on the third floor.
Really appreciated staff turning on our heating before we arrived.
We enjoyed the in-room spa pool, and spacious bathroom/shower area.

Our suite was upgraded to suite with a sea view and spa bath (the hotel was not full as it is mid-winter). It was spacious and comfortable. Great location - we walked everywhere, along the beach and into town. Also short walk to supermarket and aquarium. There is a balcony to sit on, which would be great in the summer when the evening is longer. We also enjoyed watching Netflix on the huge screen in the room. Would stay again and happy to recommend.

First time back in Napier in almost 30 years. Accommodation is across from the beach, small distance from the national aquarium, museum, pania on the reef, sound shell and the city, warehouse 1min drive away
The room was clean, warm and big enough for my family

It was within walking distance to the town centre. It was on the start line for the Hawkes Bay half marathon which was the purpose of our visit.
The property was extremely expensive and was not good value. The house we were allocated slept 6 and was sub standard with one bathroom.
