Great location. Comfortable enough, staff were lovely, can see improvements are trying to be made

Central location, quick and easy check in/out
The room was cold, the heater provided didn’t warm the room at all even after running it for an hour. Same with the hot water, the main water switch was off on arrival and even after an hours wait, still didn’t heat up so i couldn’t have a hot shower. Sheets were cold and blankets not very thick. Reception had closed and i didn’t find it comfortable enough so i stayed somewhere else and unfortunately wasted my money
