Clean, big apartment perfect for families.

Very clean 3 bedroom (Top 2) apartment on main floor. Ski to property off number 7 run. (Walk 50 meters out door of house to your left. Go up to ski run by the yellow house. Otherwise ski bus is very convenient about 50 meters to the right of the house (uphill). Walk to town in 15 minutes. If ski conditions are warm, the run 5b may be closed…making the last run tricky. Host was responsive and very friendly in the app. Overall very good stay.

Perfect place

Super clean, spacious apartment with very well-equipped kitchen. Convenient ski lockers in the basement. Building located just next to skibus stop. City centre about 1km from the building, quite steep way back home.

Perfect location, huge apartment, highly recommend!

Totally automatic check-in, I liked that. The apartment was more then perfect. Nice view to the mountain, river near the house (for us, it was totally ok, but for some people, it can be loud, especially in the morning, listening to the sound of the water, still, we really liked it!). Bed are comfortable, accessories are more than needed, and it is huge. Perfect location to do trips around Zell am See and Kaprun.

There was no such a thing.

Exceptional

We had a great stay in Schmitten 62 apartament top 4 (family, 3 persons). The apartment is spacious enough for three persons, equiped with everything you would need for a holiday, quiet and so lovely because of the river flowing near the building. We appreciated the cleanliness, the fantastic location (10 minutes of walking to city center and very close to gondola, ski bus stations is right in front) and also the free parking right in front of the apartament. There is the possibility to eat at the restaurant at Schmittental Hotel, which is right near the apartament, we had dinner 4 times at the restaurant and the food was delicious every time. The staff was very friendly, attentive and responsive. Many thanks to Katrin and the team, who facilitated such a great holiday for us! Sincere appreciations for all the hard work and commitment! Hope to see you again some time!

It was a place to sleep !

Not much: there is nothing to like regarding this property. It is pretty bland, too expensive for the services rendered; bads, pillows extremely cheap; no cleaning during the stay, though for 200 EUR/ night I would say, that they could afford. Building needs to be refurbished, parking place crowded; We had to park near the garbage bins.

See above; I would not recommend and will clearly not go back.

Friendly and comfortable

Very spacious and well equipped apartment with an amazing view overlooking the lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous week skiing. Really couldn’t fault the accommodation!

Exceptional

It was perfect location to stay for a week with the kids. Lot's of different activities to enjoy. We liked location (not in the center, closer to the mountain lifts), as it was calm and quick to get to the mountains or down to the lake/center. Next to the appartment house there is another guesthouse of the same owners with the children playground, nice restaurant. So there is an option not to cook some evenings or have a breakfast (great choice!). We also got the area card which allowed to use many attractions (mountain lifts, transport, entry to the museums, publich beach lidos ect) for free or with big discount. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Owners were really nice!

If you don't have car, it's quite long way uphill from the center lake. Buses available though not till very late. For us it was not an issue.

Superb

The apartment had everything we needed for 1 week stay, except for the washing machine, which wasn’t a big problem anyway, as our hosts kindly offered to help with the laundry. Very clean and spacious apartment, amazing hosts, bus stop is right in front of the property, good food in the local restaurant, and if you travel in summer, Zell am See summer card is provided for free. Highly recommended!

Beds and pillows aren’t the most comfortable, but after a day of hiking in the mountains we didn’t really mind.

Spacious apartment, great location, only one shower

Loved the location with bus stop right in front of the property and a basement to store ski gear. Apartment was very spacious and super clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was fun cooking together.

Be aware there is only one shower although it says 2 bathrooms (additional toilet), quite difficult when you are staying with a couple of people. Also lights weren’t working and faucet was loose. We told the owner but he didn’t fix it. Would have been nice to have some spare towels and blankets especially for the price we paid.

Gute Lage und sehr freundliche Organisation

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Stadtzentrum und Talstation Schmittenhöhe. Beides gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment für 6 Personen war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Türcode statt Schlüssel ist sehr praktisch, wenn man zu sechst ist und individuell kommen und gehen kann. Fehlendes Geschirr wurde kurzfristig und unbürokratisch ergänzt. Sonst alles telefonisch abgewickelt und immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Dusche und WC nicht getrennt nutzbar, da gibt es bei 6 Personen schon mal eine "Warteliste".

Patiko apartamentų lokacija. Visai šalia stotelė. Arti miestielio centras. Turi slidžių batų džiovyklą, kas aktualu žiemos metu.

Nepatiko tai, kad vienas vonios kambarys. Mūsų buvo 13 asmenų, tai prie vonios kambario susidarydavo eilė :). Ir šiaip jau reikėtų jau atnaujinti pačius apartamentus.

Lage an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, die gern von hochmotorisierten Fahrzeugen genutzt wird Müllentsorgung, wie soll man trennen, wenn die Sammelstelle hunderte Meter die steile Strasse runter ist Badezimmer der Wohnung Nummer 6 ist wie im Krankenhaus Wohnung allgemein recht ungemütlich, keine Bilder, keine Decken Balkonmöbel unbequem und verschlissen Spülmaschine nicht nutzbar, da kaputt Spülbecken besitzt keinen Stöpsel Vermieterin stellt die Mobilitätskarte erst auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung schlechtes Preis-Leisrungs-Verhältnis

سكن واسع للأعداد الكبيرة

كان السكن في شقة رقم 5 وكانت عباره عن دورين فيها 4 غرف وصالتين وعدة بلكونات وتكفي ل12 شخص وفيها مطبخ متكامل، وفيها حمامين وشطاف، وفيه مروش كبير وجميل، الدخول ذاتي، المواقف متوفرة ومجانية، الاطلالة بعيدة عن البحيرة، وتبعد عن البحيرة كيلو، الشقة نظيفة وواسعة وخشبية، يوفر بطاقة زيلامسي للجميع مجانا، لايوجد تنظيف يومي وماكان يهمنا هذا الامر، المضيف غير مزعج، ويجاوب على الايميل بسرعة، ارتحنا في المكان لأنه كان هادئ ومرتفع وبارد

يحتاج ان يكون في الشقة الكبيرة غسالة ملابس، ولكن يوجد غسالة صحون فقط

Gera vieta, tarp keltuvų ir miesto centro. Iš apartamentų geras vaizdas pro langus/balkoną. Labai patiko, kad gavome el. vasaros kortelę, su kuria autobusai, keltuvai, papludimys su baseinu, apsilankymas kai kuriuose lankytinuose objektuose nemokamas.

Trūko skalbimo mašinos. Upelio čiurlenimas iš pradžių atrodė labai triukšmingas naktį, bet pripratom.

Aufgrund der Fotos hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet

Wir waren im Rahmen der Vespa AlpDays dort. Die Lage zum Zentrum war toll und auch die Parkmöglichkeiten mit Anhänger und Vespa waren super. Wir konnten nach Absprache früher einchecken.

Scheinbar ist das Bad neu gemacht, machte aber nicht den Eindruck. Die Lüftung war sehr laut, das Licht schlecht.
