Simple appartement in the center

Very close to the center and to the lake. Private parking, big shared terrace. Kitchen equiped enough for cooking.

In the common areas (staircase) quite strong cigarette smell.

Very little and when I tried to complain to Booking.com you failed to respond. The 2 good things were the location and the small mini market across the road..

You photo's you put on your site were at best misleading and at worst deceptive. Only 3 of the photos corresponded to our apartment. The apartment has no signage so was difficult to find. It was very basic and had the photos clearly showed what we were getting I would not have booked it. Quite simply it was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in.

Superb

Very friendly and flexible host. Perfectly on time to hand over the keys when we arrived. We could check out at 5 am without any problem. Always an answer within 5 min. Good value for money, but not the cosiest apartment. Spacious and well equipped kitchen, but no living room.

ideal accommodation for a ski trip based in Zell

the property was managed by Bodgan and he was responsive to our queries and requests. main bedroom was spacious with a huge amount of storage space living room area also spacious beds were soft and comfortable only a 5min walk to the centre of town with shops, bars, restaurants, etc location is handy for bus stops on main road, also very close to swimming pool & ice rink.

only one toilet and one bathroom for the 3 bedrooms some road noise could be heard throughout the night

Excellent price/quality ratio, especially comparing with other accommodations nearby. Good and stable Wi-Fi. All needed amenities in place (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, coffee pot, washing machine) Enough dishes to make meals for 6 persons No problems with hot water Beds/furniture are ok Walking distance (~350m) to the lift (cityXpress) and central skibus stop (Postplatz) Spar/Billa supermarkets in walking distance, also small Billa shop with very basics right across the house Responsive host

Just keep in mind that it has only 1 shower and 1 toilet for 3 bedrooms, but it's quite clear from the description One room out of three is facing the busy street, sometimes a bit noisy

Good

For our purpose, hiking in the mountains it was very good. Spacious for a family of 7. The host were very helpul, driving back to the apartment to collect some forgotten luggage.

We were a bit bothered by the traffic as the main street through Zell Am See passes just outside the windows to the living room.

Overnattingsstedet var sentralt, hadde store, luftige rom og veldig komfortable senger. Det var rent og pent og hadde alt vi trengte - koselig veranda.

Super Wohnung,grosse,geräumige Zimmern und Küche, gute Aufteilung der Schlafräume,sehr bequeme Betten und kuschelige Decken und Kissen,gut ausgestattete Küche,sogar ein Skiraum zur Trocknung unserer Eishockeysachen kam uns sehr gelegen. Grosse Terrasse vorhanden,im Sommer auf jeden Fall super Sache. Schwimmhalle über die Strasse. Super Lage,in paar Minuten in Ortsmitte, zum See nicht mal 5 min..Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr herzlich.unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe über Safe mit Code mgl.

Direkte Lage zur Hauptstrasse bei gekipptem Fenster doch etwas laut. Etwas älteres Badezimmer.

Lokalizacja 300m od wyciągu, apartament czysty i przestronny. Meble nowe, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.

Apartament koło glownej drogi, w nocy jest dosc glosno, polecam zatyczki. Materace ze miekkie, budzilem sie co ranz z bólem pleców .
