-The price was good
-The room was good clean, i liked that it have good AC in hot weather it was my shelter
-The staff where helpful specially (Adnan (reception)-Abou el dib(was like guard or valet parking) they are nice people carrying I felt like by my family.
-Internet not the best but enough 👍🏾
- very good view on the sea in from of the sea castle
-Windows not isolated you hear outside
-i couldn’t bring my girl friend i need it a marriage certificate 🤦🏽♂️ i need it to cancel the rest of my residency because of that, after one week stay 🤷🏽♂️.

Al Qualaa has a beautiful location and a wonderful view, and we truly loved the space. The place has so much potential, but it felt a bit neglected and could benefit from more care and attention to detail. It’s already lovely — with some improvements, it could be exceptional.
What we didn’t like was the lack of a restaurant and room service, and overall the place felt a bit neglected and short on staff. With better upkeep and more services, the experience could be much better.

Location is amazing with sea view and in the heart of Saida, room is like a part of an old castle.
Bathroom is very old with broken items, ac is very small compared to room size. No breakfast option
