About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room with cathedral ceiling. All 3 bedrooms each have a queen bed. washer and dryer, dishwasher, towels and sheets provided. We do not have cleaning crew. We ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the house as you found it. We keep rent down due to saving on cleaning bills. About 10-15 min from ocean driving. The neighborhood is surrounded by bay and has a community pool and tennis courts. Located in neighborhood of "Angola by the Bay" Gated community, We now have Wifi . We have basic family cable for the TV and get about 100+ stations. . We also have on demand which has tons of free tv shows and movies. No smoking Please! Behaved pets allowed. Maximum number of people allowed 6. Please NO fires or fire pits. There are a lot of leaves and sticks and it is a fire hazard. Please note that since we do not have a cleaning service, if house is not clean an sheets not washed and put back on beds, we will have to charge a cleaning fee for having it done of $140.00 Please wash and change sheets on beds and clean for the next renter.

Our family of my wife, adult son, and 8 year old grandson loved our week at the beach. Marcia’s salt box home was one of the best homes we have stayed at for our yearly beach vacations. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. One of the things we really appreciated was the comfortable seating options where we could sit and watch TV, or play games in the evening. Angola By The Bay is a great community. It is gated, quiet, and the people are friendly. The community pool is a big plus as well for days when the weather was iffy and we didn’t want to travel to the beach. Marcia provided 6 rubber pool bracelets with the rental to use the pool. Marcia was a great host and communicated quickly and clearly. Check in was easy, especially with the instructions that were provided. We would be glad to stay here again.

Our stay was super nice. Everything we could have wanted was available. Loved the deck - sat out back a lot. Only downfall was the swimming pool closed due to lack of lifeguards early in the week but we still had a great time. Our hostess was super accommodating.

This was our second time staying at the Saltbox Beach House and we enjoyed it as much as before.
We appreciate that it is in a gated community and that we can bring our small dog with us.
We rode our bikes again since the area is level and went down to check- out the crabbing pier and marina.
Since we’re becoming more familiar with the area, we went to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach several times, found a park in nearby Millsboro where we could fish and found new restaurants to try.
The house is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you need for a vacation time away from home.
The owner is also easy to contact if you have any questions or concerns .
