Location is perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was basic but I’d say recently updated and modern. This was my second time at Hotel Ricci and I’ll definitely stay again when visiting Genoa.
Only thing I can think of is maybe not enough outlets near the bed.

The locations proximity to trainstation Genova Brignole is great! And that was it…
The personal was stand offish. They spoke only little English which not helped communication. The beds are really old and hard as a rock. The rooms are small and really old. And the worst was the smell that comes out of the bidet when somebody in the building flushed the toilet. It was so so bad.
