Good food, nice rooms, great staff who remembered us from 2 years ago. The location is probably the best in the whole city, on top of a hill overlooking the lakes and mountains, view of the palaces etc. Rooftop terrace had the best food we ate in all of India, and a well stocked bar. Perhaps the closest hotel stay I have had to heaven on earth, anywhere in the world.

The breakfast was passable. Neither too good neither too bad. The terrace restaurant was good. The food at the restaurant was nice.
The management staff could have been more hospitable, We were refused hand towels at first saying that they don't give it. After a bit argument, we were given the hand towels. Overall the staff was a bit arrogant compared to Mumbai standards,

Hotel location is good
Specifically staff on main reception while we do chek in/out, apart of that all house keeping staffs are really good and helpful.
