    Pros: 1. Beautiful views from roof top restaurant 2. Outer look of hotel is good Cons: 1. Service staff is not cooperative 2. Booked one large bed, but they connected two twin beds and mattress together and during sleep both get separated and created a gap in between, my kid has faced difficulty in sleeping, when we called service staff no one has came to help. Night stay was nightmare to us. 2. No complementary mineral water in room. 3. Breakfast was alos average 4. Ordered dinner from ala cart, food was of substandard quality , rice were not fresh, raita and vegetables has not taste. Felt little bit expensive menu. 5. Inner look of hotel is average 6. I forgot my wallet at roof top dinning table, when i enquired to table cleaning staff they said no wallet has found, I insisted for CCTV footage, they said come in morning, when I went to reception in morning at the same time a guest arrived and told he found a wallet at a dinning table in morning when he went to smoke there. Overall bad experience.

    Everything was awesome! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the location and breathtaking views. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Highly recommended!

    only local of hotel is good but bathroom is very filthy and smells like gutter as no exhaust available. After changing the rooms multiple times when problem did not resolved, I requested to hotel manager for refund but they straightforward denied and asked to check with agoda and agoda also didn’t helped and me and my family have to bear the smell for 3 days of stay as there is no refund policy as per agoda and hotel manager…really pathetic and disappointing i will not recommend this hotel to anyone
