    I checked in yesterday, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I did not expect this level of service from an IHCL brand. Yesterday, I requested towels and had to call three times. Even after repeated follow-ups, I received them only after 45 minutes. Last night, we went to the restaurant at around 10:25 PM. The staff informed us that they would not be able to serve us in the restaurant and asked us to place the order for room service instead. We explained that we had arrived before the last order time of 10:30 PM, but they still refused to serve us in the restaurant. We then placed a room service order. After about 10 minutes, we received a call saying that Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Gravy were not available. We told them to send any chicken dish that was available, along with Cheese Naan and Garlic Fried Rice. We waited for almost an hour for the food. When it finally arrived, the Garlic Fried Rice had no garlic, and instead of Cheese Naan, we were served plain naan. When we requested a replacement, we were told that there was no chef available at the hotel at night. They couldn't even prepare a sandwich. As a result, we were unable to have dinner last night. This morning, we again ordered towels and coffee, and it took around 40 minutes to receive them. The overall service has been extremely poor and unacceptable. I come from a hospitality background myself, and this is certainly not the level of service I would expect from an IHCL property. Additionally, some of your staff members had an unprofessional attitude. They were making faces in front of us and did not seem to take our complaints seriously. We also approached the Front Office Manager, but we did not receive any proper response or resolution. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed immediately so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

    bed was so small, not at all for a couple. Also, the breakfast menu was very average. Hotel room could have been bigger. It was very very compact unlike the images they showed
