Single room in 5th floor was very small under the roof, but overall ok. Nice view from small single room at 05th floor. Top.location near Metro Intendente and many restaurants nearby. Owner answered quickly over the message fumction and check-im with him was good and quick although I had forgotten to message the arrival time. Wifi was good.

6 rooms must share one combined WC and shower. Can be waiting if all rooms are full My room was very cold (November) due to poor isolation. Room was colder than corridor. Thats the main point why I give a "7" only. Could stay in room for sleeping only. You will need torch or phone with light if you go to toilet at night

The description and photos were misleading. The listing showed a kitchen and cooking facilities, but none were actually available on arrival. Even if this is mentioned in the small print, the photos give a different impression, and it is misleading. I contacted the host immediately and was promised a refund because the facilities advertised did not match reality. Three weeks later, I am still waiting, with no refund and no response to follow-up messages. The accommodation itself is acceptable, but the communication around the refund and the lack of accountability for misleading information were very disappointing. I would not book this place again for that reason.
