The staff were lovely, and the washing machine was good to use. The room was basic but had everything we needed.
The shower didn't have a holder. There was no disruption of what flat the accommodation was. There was no label on the buzzer for the flat.

I lived the location which was very central and steps away from the metro. It was very easy coming from the airport with baggage. The staff was so friendly and helpful even with a late arrival!
I think it may have had bed bugs but to be expected with a hostel. The location only had handsoap and no soap in the bathrooms for solo travelers on there for a night or long layover.

washroom was clean always,
bad smell in corridor/passage, balcony isn’t clean and sometimes is noisy!
Towals are very old like theu are providing 5years old towals to their clients!
