Very comfortable, modern room with sufficient space. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed in the room. The pool was nice and there is no prohibition for an evening swim which we always like. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff exceptionally polite. The famous Xi beach is only a 5 minute walk
We felt some drinks service or music by the pool would upgrade the experience. The a/c in our room worked but not 100%, it took a lot of time to reach the desired temperature.

Fizemos esta reserva em cima da hora e correu tudo muito bem. O anfitrião foi extremamente simpático, muito disponível e sempre pronto a ajudar no que fosse necessário. A localização é excelente, perto do mar e de vários pontos de interesse. Gostámos bastante das piscinas e do jardim. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, com fruta fresca da horta do anfitrião. Foi, sem dúvida, uma estadia muito agradável. Recomendo vivamente.

Leckeres Frühstück wird angeboten trotz Apartment bzw. Selbstversorgermöglichkeit;

die Gesellschaft von Katzen im Areal;
Möglichkeit später auszuchecken, da kein Nachmieter

The host was very friendly and the pool was nice and clean
The location is convenient and quiet, very close to Xi Beach and close to the amazing Vardiani restaurant.
The bed was very uncomfortable and quite old.
The bathroom was quite old and needs some revamping.
The breakfast wasn’t great and if we got there too late we couldn’t get some of the eggs, waffles or cakes.
No iron in the room and the iron given was very dirty and leaking (some brown water)
