Overall everything was great

The covering on the suite of furniture was torn and kept peeling off onto our clothes. We had t cover it with a towel.

Clean and quiet, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment had a balcony and was fully equipped with everything you might need, except a hair dryer, don't forget to take one. Lot of hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, very clean. The place is clean and cosy, quiet at night. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was very spacious and had excellent facilities in the kitchen and living area, including a flat screen TV, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes horse and an iron and ironing board. The location was excellent, the bus stop was only a two minute walk away and the services to the city centre were excellent and on time. In addition, Salthill was only a 15 minute walk from the property and very accessible!

We had issues with the hot water at the beginning, but the maintenance man Pete was incredibly helpful and sorted it out for us instantly! The bathroom door was an issue in one of the bathrooms and we were locked out of the bathroom from the outside. This issue was not sorted for us for a while but upon its repair, we were told the door was completely broken and had to be replaced.

C’est très spacieux. Nous devions avoir un appartement 2 chambres et nous en avions 3. Chaque chambre a une salle d’eau avec toilettes. Le personnel est agréable et souriant et répond aux demandes. L’appartement était très propre. Bravo au personnel de ménage!

Une forte odeur de vieux règne dans l’appartement. Même en aérant ça sent très mauvais. Salles d’eau très vieillottes. Pas de mitigeurs! Vieux miroirs piqués vasques, douches qui datent des années 70… Appartement en sous-sol donnant sur la rue passante. Baie vitrée donnant sur le boulevard. Sympa au petit déjeuner ! Pas de prise usb! Nous venons de France et nous n’avions pas d’adaptateurs. Et la résidence n’en a pas! Nous avons du en acheter.

Appartement en R-1 donc peu accessibles à des personnes ayant du mail avec les escaliers Trop loin du centre ville pour pouvoir y aller à pied Le ballon d'eau chaude faisait énormément de bruit dès que l'on s'en servait La manipulation du mitigeur des douches était difficile Pas de tablette au dessus du lavabo pour pouvoir y poser ses affaires de toilettes.
