About this house rental

In Saint-Georges d'Oléron, this beautiful recent villa facing south terrace with a fenced 400m2 without vis-à-vis, will welcome you in a quiet and warm.
With family or friends, you will discover all the charm of our island and the scenery provided by Oléron will allow you to live unforgettable moments.
Location: at the exit l'Ileau, near the large supervised beach of Les Sables Vignier (1200m)

Fully equipped kitchen: all the necessary equipment for your stay was planned: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, small appliances (coffee maker, Dulce-gusto grille bread, food processor, kettle ...), dishes accordingly

The best holiday home we have stayed in; very spacious; modern; beautifully presented; exceptionally clean; quiet location; very well equipped. Exceeded our expectations and feels like home from home! Bakery, convenience store, bar and restaurant a short walk away. Owner, Catherine and Property Manager, Jennifer were very pleasant and helpful. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend and would stay here again.

Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen beispielsweise kleinen Kuchengabeln, Eierbecher oder auch Kellen. Man bekommt von den Eigentümern einen Willkommens Paket, worin Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Handtücher enthalten sind, was wunderbar ist, so dass man abends nicht noch mal extra in den Supermarkt fahren muss. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, jedoch ist die Lage weit ab von einem schönen Strand. Der Strand in der Nähe ist voller Algen und Steinen und auch der 1,5 km entfernte Strand ist für Kinder nicht geeignet. Wir sind immer nach Vert Bois gefahren. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich 5 Sterne. Abzug gab es wegen der Kommunikation. Wir wollten das Haus eigentlich stornieren, da Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind, wir uns jedoch einen neuen Hund angeschafft haben. Die Eigentümer gaben uns aber ihr okay, so dass wir von der Stornierung abgesehen haben. Als wir nun vor Ort waren, haben sie allen Ernstes erwartet, dass der Hund in der Garage die ganze Zeit verbleibt. Wir haben auch zig E-Mails bekommen, dass er auf keinen Fall die Möbel beschädigen darf etc. und es wär auch kein Hund, sondern ein Welpe (wo ist da der Unterschied???). Da hätten wir schon lieber was anderes gebucht Eine Endreinigung gab es nicht, wir haben sie selbst übernommen, danach wurde moniert, dass der Deckel des Mülleimers nicht mehr schließt und wir ihn ersetzen sollen. Das spricht Bände…..
