About this house rental
Quiet single-storey house (at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by pines and mimosas) with a surface area of 125 m2 on a fully enclosed plot of 860 m2.
The bike lanes are right behind the house.
Beach 250 meters from the house and supervised beach 5 minutes by bike.
The house consists of a living room of 50 m2 with open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, toaster)
Laundry room with washing machine, fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron
Living room with sofa and armchairs for 8 people, smart tv, Wifi (fiber) farmhouse table for 8 people
Baby equipment available (travel cot with mattress, bathtub, changing table, high chair)

There is a large terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, parasol, 8 deckchairs, 1 gas plancha, 1 Ping Pong table with rackets
A mini market with a bread depot and a pizzeria and a restaurant are 500 metres from the house.
Bed linen and towels offered, price per kit: 45 € for a double bed (1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases, 1 fitted sheet, 2 bath towels, 4 towels, 1 bath mat and two dish towels)
Price per kit: 30 euros for a single bed (1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 fitted sheet, 1 bath towel, 2 towels, 1 bath mat and two dish towels)
Optional cleaning 150 euros to be paid on site
Out of season: 30 kW electricity offered per day (above the price per kilowatt consumed)
