Excellent location

The location was perfect , close to the local beach and restaurants/shops. views from the balcony were lovely. clean and spacious accommodation. Parking was easy in the car park of the neighbouring Panormos Hotel ( this is where you collect your room keys from as they manage the property). You also had access to their pool and bar plus you could purchase breakfast at 10 euros each.

In the bathroom there was a bath ( which had seen better days ) with a handheld shower and no curtain so showers were not the best experience. Not a major problem though.

We loved our time at Panormos and hope to be back again.

The location was excellent. Close to the bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery and supermarket The apartment had a terrace with wonderful views of the sea. We also had a small kitchen whuch we loved. We had wonderful cool sea views on the very hot nights. The beach was great

It was our first time on Crete and for sure we will come back. And this is because of amazing experience we had with our accommodation and the best ever host Markela. Everything was simply great! Apartment is very clean, moreover - every second day Markela was cleaning it for us. Kitchen is fully equipped, all you need to cook is here. Washing machine also helped a lot :) TV with access to Netflix (you need your own account), Amazon Prime (you need your own account) and YouTube was very much appreciated by kids ;) Beach is just in 3 minutes from the apartment, supermarket is also nearby (2 minutes). Amazing! Thank you Markela for welcome presents and really very kind attitude you have towards all your guests!

Excellent accommodation and hosts

The hospitality, service and communication received from Markela and her sister was fantastic . We were upgraded to an apartment [from the booked studio] due to end of season availability. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with full size oven/hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, TV and a sea view balcony with table and chairs. Thankyou very much Markela !

Pas de wifi le 1er jour ,douche épouvantable, rideau, carrelage, robinet. Pas de changement de serviette pendant une semaine. Literie très dure.

Appartamento #403 La trascuratezza della struttura, la vecchiaia e la rottura degli arredi e dell'appartamento in generale La mancata pulizia, visibile ad occhio nudo e non risolta nemmeno dopo il secondo passaggio Le foto della struttura di 10 e passa anni fa che ricordano glorie precedenti e ormai andate Che non sia piu gestita dallo stesso host ma che siano presenti recensioni precedenti Che non ci sia un modo per tenere attaccato al muro il telefono della doccia, devi tenerlo in mano mentre ti lavi Non è presente una scopa o prodotti per pulire autonomamente, visto che le pulizie non sono previste. Nello specifico: La vista delle foto in realta non fanno vedere uno spazio abbandonato (spero non di loro proprieta', con erbacce) proprio sotto al terrazzo Gli arredi esterni tutti scrostati e con ruggine, basta sostituirli con quelli in plastica I vasi rotti nel balcone, le sedie in legno scrostate, basta metterle in plastica Lo scolapiatti interno al mobile tutto arrugginito La stufa scrostata ed arrugginita La muffa nel bordo della vasca da bagno L intercapedine della vasca, sporca Il termosifone arrugginito Il bidone dell immondizia brutto e vecchio I pomelli dei cassetti unti da secoli, la stufa sporca, lo sportello del forno da pulire, lo sportello della cucina ancora con sporcizia precedente La cappa della cucina impolverata Le maniglie tutte arrugginite Le posate ed il porta posate sporco Le splendide porte necessitano di qualche attenzione per la vecchiaia Il cassetto dell armadio della camera sbeccato e che rischia di cadere I due divanetti della sala ricoperti di materiale plastico, non adatti al mare e per il relax La ringhiera della scala, con diversi pezzi mancanti, pericolosi per i bambini ed altri pezzi tenuti stretti da un cordone La nostra tenda parasole era ok, quella dei vicini a brandelli Posso continuare oltre ma mi fermo qui, la delusione è stata troppo grande Ovviamente ho tutte le foto che documentano quanto scritto Ed è stato fatto...

La vue fait tout oublier

L’emplacement face a la mer est incroyable et proche de l’hyper centre de ts commerces et restaurants et petite plage 2 min. Propre et literie confortable. Arrivée facile en s’adressant à l’hôtel juste en face et très bonne surprise de pouvoir bénéficier de la piscine de l’hôtel. Vue à couper le souffle et coucher de soleil incroyable . Machine à laver dans l’appartement à dispo.

Changement de serviettes une seule fois dans la semaine et j’ai dû demander pour que les poubelles soient vidées. Pas de petite attention à l’arrivée même pas une bouteille d’eau, pas de balai dans la location, appartement un peu vieillot avec des traces de rouille dans la salle de bain. Appartement pour 4 avec un long escalier pour aller de la cuisine au RDC à la terrasse au 2 eme en passant par une des chambres et un autre appartement avant son entrée sur cette même terrasse donc passage des autres locataires sous notre fenêtre .
