Breakfast offers a variety of things and everything is fresh. Staff was very helpful with special breakfast wishes. Rooms were very clean. The location is in a suburb of Munich, very quiet, with a few good restaurants and a few nice shops. You can walk to the station and take the train directly into Munich.

Good location for business with companies/research institutions in Planegg/Graefelfing/Martinsried, comfortable, nice breakfast, an excellent Stuberl neraby. Nice bathroom/shower, very clean.
