Estinn Apartment

Excellent location and we loved the balcony which is a real sun trap for most of the day so we had breakfast and dinner outside. Very helpful and friendly host, bed very comfortable, quiet at night and great shower. Everything we needed really for a great stay in Tallinn. Thank you!

Money deposit and key exchange is not up to date

Nice and caring host :) Apartment had everything we needed. Sun hits the balcony in the evening... at least in May :) And as the apartment is located in a dead center of Tallinn, everything you need is just few steps away.

The "free parking" is a bit too far. If you have a lot of things to carry and you have to use your car often.

I didn't notice while booking that there is a need to pay 150 eur deposit. If my booking would have been with refund, I definitely would have cancelled. Deposit however was refunded timely. Need to go and meet the owner for getting the keys is not convenient (I prefer entry with code). Interior is outdated, and little bit too "homely", but maybe there are those who like detergent bottles and a vacuum cleaner out in the bathroom corner and on bric-a-brac on the shelves. Super location.
