The location is exceptional, really close to the city centre. The apartment has everything you need and is quite spacious.
The instructions for the key are quite difficult to understand and have several mistakes. Even the name of the place, where the key is, is spelled wrong. The lighting in the flat could be better: for example, you can't switch any lights on-off from the bed corner. Also: might me a good idea to put real photos in picture frames, not just hang them up with the images they were sold with.

Location was good but collecting of the keys late at night was hard to find. Had to use torch on phone. Also the property is located at the back of Metropol Hotel. When you check out of property there is no where to store luggage the only place the host gives you a hotel around 8 mins walk.
The air conditioning unit on floor 7 room 41 switches itself on at 2:30am in morning waking you up as its so noisy. the bathroom needs a deep clean. Not enough plates, cups and general kitchen equipment. Also there is wardrobe in this apartment where there is Nosie coming from the wall where there is a pump which is quite loud.
Also your find that must of the light bulbs need replacing why can this be check on check out by the host!!!

Location, easy check in
Linens on extra blanket were used. Some dirty cloths in closets probably forgotten by previous guests. Door handle was broken and I reported to the owner right away. Zero response received. Later, they tried to charge me for damage!? Tried contacting owner again and again no response. Very poor communication.
