If you're looking for the perfect place in terms of location, coziness and price, this would be it.
First of all, the check-in, we arrived at 02:00AM, the front office employee greeted us and handed over the key, everything smooth. The owners checked us several time if everything was fine with the accommodation :)
The room - as explained on the pics, everything new, nice bed, clean, great kitchen, basically everything you need.
The location - PERFECT! You're just across the street from the Old Town, basically in between the Old Town and the Harbour. You have to closeness of the restaurants and cafes in the Old Town, and behind the building are the cafes, restaurants, food corners and the malls from the modern city part.
My honest opinion - just book it, trust my word on it, you won't regret it :)
It would be a shame to write anything in this section.

cute loft layout in a convenient location
they mislead you on the loft apartment!! they make it seem like you’ll have a nice apartment with a good view but you are actually looking at a full blown, very loud construction site. Because we were working from home, the apartment and the view was important to us. I would not book again.
