The worst stay ever. Dirty apartment no heating no warm water and a nasty smell and no privacy or safety as the main door is always open

The second flat was OK, but short of standard for self-catering and atmosphere: e.g. no forks.

After they changed the accommodation, it was OK.

They gave us a flat with no cupboards and beds everywhere, as if meant for seasonal workers. When we went downstairs to complain, the guy seemed unfocused and didn't know what to do. We also saw other tenants complaining for similar errors with accommodation. Finally, after waiting for half an hour or longer they gave us a different, more acceptable accommodation further down the road. As we arrived there, it turned out they had given us the wrong key: so, my husband dashed back to the Reception, some 300 yards away, to get the right key.

Comfortable, practical, clean and plenty of space.

We booked a one-bedroomed apartment and were given a 2 bedroomed one which gave us really good extra space. It was very clean and had good facilities. A nice balcony and on-site parking also made this a very hassle-free stay. Aside from a few easily resolved features, this accommodation exceeded our expectations in many aspects.

It is used by a lot of contractors so returning late in the evening, we struggled to park because of lots of work vans. Also the smell of smoking was very strong. Towels are limited to one bath towel each with no hand towels so may be useful to take your own. However, I am sure if we had asked for more, this may have been accommodated. I got locked in the bathroom as the lock is very stiff, this can be unlocked from the other side but be mindful of this if staying alone. Again I think this is down to the newness of the apartment. A dishwasher is listed on the website but there wasn't one in the apartment that we were in.

Superb

The apartment is brand new - large light and airy - beautiful bathrooms- well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed - the landscaping to the rear of the property is yet to be completed but the car park is tarmacced and spacious - the young man who dealt with our check in was pleasant and helpful

Sadly the area has changed since we were last there many years ago and there is much more traffic and litter etc - but we were at the rear of the property so we didn’t experience any traffic noise - and still felt safe in the area

Dissapointed

In the apartment it was freezing we had to wait two hours for someone to come and sort out the heating the wifi it was not working.....At 9am the cleaning people went straight in the apartment without even knocking the door....I paid £200 deposit still didn't receive it back wth the reason that it was smoke in the apartment wich s not truth i will never book again and also don't recommend this to be book.....the photos on booking.com they are not the same

BEDs not worth for the money

staffs are super good, very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

BED is BADDDDDD. I’m not comfortable in those bed. I was restless and sleepless on the bed. they seriously need to change the bed. The money paid is good for location, clean and hospitality but bed is a BIG MINUS. if you are serious in business, then CHANGE THE BEDS. I’m a frequent traveler and I won’t stay again with them if they font change the bed. I come to take rest and sleep and those beds spoiled it…. I tried single and double both are not good… usually I don’t comment this much, but I suffered that much do commenting….

A lovely break, but definitely not worth the money we paid.

The apartment itself was absolutely stunning. It was lovely to have a home from home, with everything you needed for a young family. It was lovely to get away for a couple of days.

The apartment needed a deep clean - we found some gloves in the washing machine covered in mould. And down the side of the sofa looked like it had never been cleaned - there was loads of rubbish down both sides. The apartment is right next to a railway track, and it’s very noisy throughout the night. The balcony door frame was completely coming away from the wall - we told the staff at the front desk, but they didn’t seem too bothered.

It was very spacious and comfortable. It was a great location for visiting Legoland

We booked one apartment for 5, when we got there we had 2, apartments which slept 4 each. There was not enough plates, glasses and mugs in the apartment for everyone or cooking equipment like baking trays but as we had the 2 we managed.

Lovely view from the balcony, apartment was very clean and had plenty of products for us to use. Plenty of crockery and utensils for us to use. Lovely power shower in the bathrooms

Perfect for a short stay, quiet and with a nice view

We know the area, it was just where we needed to be to meet family and friends in High Wycombe. Main road location was easy to find. We liked the patio, it would be great for a summer stay

There were a couple of maintenance issues, but better attention to detail could have sorted this out. There weren't enough towels for a large party, but as we were only 2 this wasn't critical for us this time.

A work trip that had some of the benefits of a leisure break thrown in.

It was in a good location for me and with the weather being kind it was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the evening sun.
