Extremely helpful and pleasant receptionists. Hotel is located close to the laces I needed to go to and it's not too far from the Odeonsplatz station. Being close to the University, there are plenty of dining and drinking places nearby, including the excellent Katzentempel.

Sure, it is an older hotel, but that is what hives it a lot of charme. The breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was delicious. The television was quite large and a new smart TV. The shower had great water pressure.
There wasn't anything missing compared to other hotels at that price range.

Location
There is no fan in the room. No AC and can get very stuffy. No electrical outlet next to the bed. Hairdryer was not working. Phone not working. No water kettle in the room. The over all experience was very basic for the price charged.
