The staff were very friendly (especially Dennis and Asriel). They even gave us an early check-in which we really appreciated since we arrived in a morning flight.
Hotel was walking distance to Rochor MRT and was convenient to travel around.
The washroom need some renovation since the bathtub had a leak.

It is two stars so it’s minimal but clean and convenient.
No bedside tables and no window was a little awkward, but it was just one night and it was affordable so it was fine

The rooms were clean but basic. Shows some sign of age but well kept. Being given 3in1 packets of tea and coffee is a bonus. The accessible location is a huge plus. It's overall good for normal travellers.
The A/C has a habit of creating condensation during midnight, probably due to them being off some time in the middle of the night. That creates wet floors so take care, even though the tiles used on the floors are grippy.
