The room was comfortable and very quiet. There was no noise during the night from outside or inside. We had breakfast both mornings. The breakfasts were very good and the staff were very friendly. We had an evening meal on the first night. There was a good choice of dishes and the food was very good.

Superb hospitality from start to finish; all the staff encountered were friendly, polite and helpful led by General Manager Chris. who looked after us so well, Our accommodation was spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed and all the facilities that you could wish for. Great quality food, both breakfast and evening meal with extensive menu. We are looking forward to another stay when next visiting Oswestry.
There was absolutely nothing that we could point a figure at in terms of any issues asa we did not encounter any!

The room was clean and had everything in that would be expected for a 5 start hotel. Breakfast was great! the bed was comfortable but the roof was very hot at night.
The room was very hot but the window did open so not that much of an issue.

Building and space in room
Awkward approach in relation to access from car park to reception rooms, bar external space etc restaurant food could be vastly improved
