Beautiful hotel with a nice atmosphere, clean rooms, a pleasant pool area, and very helpful housekeeping staff. The room was comfortable and overall the stay was enjoyable.
The hotel was under maintenance during my stay. The room telephone was not working, making it impossible to contact reception or room service. I also received conflicting information at check-in regarding room availability and the availability of a bidet spray. Some towels could be renewed.

Location was ideal infront of minara mall and everything was very close

Its location it was closed and were able to accommodate us in terms of the excursions
The service was extremely bad, I asked for body wash to shower but instead got body lotion. Had to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned
