Staff could not have been more accommodating or friendly. From the receptionists to Luca and Evridiki (spelling ??) in the bar to the restaurant waiters and housekeeping everyone was simply amazing and exuded genuine warmth and Greek hospitality. Location is a little secluded but that’s a bonus in this case . There is a bus stop out the front but your own transport is the way to go . The pool area is very relaxing and stunning views across to Naxos. Breakfast is good with a decent buffet arrangement including local sweets ! Would definitely stay here again !

Staff was great, especially barmen

Upon arrival staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 welcome from the reception staff. She was so friendly. Lukas and Jim were excellent bartenders. Very entertaining and provided recommendations for the area. The entire hotel was very tidy and organized.

Location, towels for the beach and the pool, staff, it was clean

Very old/dated rooms, photos not representing the actual state of the room, especially the bathroom (poor condition:shower door didn’t close properly, shower head was leaking sideways, silicon insulation was literally black around the bathtub - see photos), asked for double bed but were given two single beds put together with a pillow-ish in between to pass it as double (see photos), basic breakfast with awful coffee, if you wanted coffee at the bar was extremely expensive
