There is no lift. We knew it and was fine for us.

Marie was superb!! Free 24/7 parking very close. Great places nearby for breakfast. And all the choice of restaurants on the side of the water. We will return.
The stairs up to the room are not easy especially when carrying luggage. We initially thought no breakfast would be an issue, but it wasn't.

It was great location, clean, decent room. Nice restaurants and shops around. Easy to navigate through Crete. Rooms were clean, overall it was a nice stay.
THe bed was very hard, and there was mold in the bathroom (behind small sink) which gives horrible smell.

The hotel was in a good location. Room was on the small size but the bed was good.
There was a very loud band playing just outside the hotel on the street late in the evening. There was a hint of smell coming from bathroom piping.
