Lo que tiene el hotel PR Rosa Rosae aparte de una situación inmejorable, limpieza y cuidado de las habitaciones y un desayuno bastante rico y completo, es que por encima de la media de CUALQUIER OTRO hotel en el que haya estado tiene a la recepcionista PILAR (Pili). Quiero que sepan que profesionales como Pilar no abundan, pero cuando los encuentras notas que encarnan la excelencia dentro del ámbito de la hostelería. Desde el minuto 1 Pilar se ha desvivido por hacer de nuestra estancia la mejor experiencia posible. Atenta, cercana, ha cuidado cada detalle, grande o pequeño, de una forma natural. Recalco lo de natural, porque se nota a la legua el gusto y la espontaneidad que le pone a todo lo que hace en su trabajo. Agradecemos infinitamente la calidad excelsa de su labor y queremos que quede constancia de ello. Muchas gracias Pilar. Has hecho de nuestra estancia en el PR Rosa Rosae y nuestra visita a Santiago una experiencia inolvidable.

The staff was the highlight with their kindness and willingness to assist with holding luggage, etc… felt like a good area of town to be in… close to restaurants and shopping.
Not a good value for the price. The description made it seem like the location was close to the cathedral, but it wasn’t really close. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower reminded me of what you might find in an RV as it was very, very small.
