24hr desk was so helpful when our flight was delayed 11 hours. Staff very friendly and assistive for check in and helping with a taxi. Convenient breakfast given the isolated location. A great spot if you have a car, a little out of Pisa.

Os Funcionários sempre prestáveis a tentar ajudar. O quarto era agradável e e apesar de estar junto a uma estrada movimentada era bem insonorizado.
O pequeno almoço era mau, praticamente sem variedade nenhuma, e piorou na segunda feira de manhã, não havia basicamente nada para comer. Foi o pior pequeno almoço que já vi na minha vida, ainda mais surpresa fiquei por isto acontecer num hotel 4 estrelas.
O que chamam de ginásio, é um pequeno espaço com uma máquina velha e cheia de ferrugem, a qual não usamos com medo de rebentar os cabos. deviam retirar esse equipamento, pois torna-se um perigo para os hospedes.
