Loved the pool, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff - and the breakfast was absolutely top tier!
We thought it was very well located, and we would definitely recommend to friends and family.
This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, and we travel a lot.

An excellent location, careful and attentive service from room cleaning to breakfast, cleanliness and amenities like indoor pool.
I could not find fitness room but there was spa

The kindness and hospitality of the staff especially Paulina and Maja at Reception and Dariuz at the breakfast area. They all went out of their way to support and look after me.
The breakfasts were splendid - there was an excellent choice and variety of food of a high quality.
My bedroom was clean, spacious and well equipped.
I enjoyed the spa facilities and used the pool and sauna a few times.
I requested a move from my original bedroom (122) due the ceiling light only partially working. I struggled to read and write from the desk provided. An electrician was not available to fix the light.
In the second bedroom (111), I had an issue with sound proofing. I could hear voices and the TV in the next room (112).
However, despite these concerns, receptionist staff response to my concerns was diligent and genuine.

This is easily one of my favorite hotels.
* Location & Service: Perfect location and filled with very warm, helpful people.
* The Room: Incredible room with an amazingly spacious and comfortable bathroom.
* Amenities: Outstanding pool and spa facilities. I had one of the best massages ever thanks to a lovely and highly skilled lady.
