It was okay but no four stars hotel.

Near the beach and the center of the city. Breakfast was good.

We were there for four days with our 4 years old son. We’ve got a room in the forth floor. On the second day I noticed that the balcony door cannot be locked. It was not that easy to open the door but I am sure my son could do that if he wanted to. Anyways, for me as a parent was that a critical issue which had to be removed. I asked either for some limitation so that my son couldn’t even approach the balcony door or to give us another room in which the door can be locked. They didn’t care at all and avoided successfully any contact with me, no proposal, no cooperation, no accommodation ability. Our room had also an issue with the drain, it stuck and the water couldn’t flow down. Also this issue I reported but never heard anything from the reception. Conclusion: Bad customer service and accommodation ability.

In general, very nice place, has got few limits, but very optimal considering the costs of staying.

The hotel is pretty close to the beach, with small, but clean rooms. Very good breakfast included in the price.

The rooms are not really isolated from noise perspective, could hear guests from all directions. Parking is included in the price, but since we came on bikes, we had to park bikes in a small corridor (not official parking lot), as there were no other places free.

Nice place to a family vacation near to the beach.

Both the breakfast and dinner was excellent. Staff of the restaurant was very professional and nice. Room was very nice and spotlessly clean! The beach is about 100 meter’s walk.

Nice Hotel, Friendly staff trying to solve any open topic.

In case you have full package, including lunch, be carefull to be there at 12,00 - 13.00. Otherwise you lose it and there is not compensation even the Check-in is starting with 14.00.

Staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful! We had a nice, spacious room with a balcony (we had a view on the pool). Breakfast was amazing, there was a big variety of food! Parking and swimming pool was included in the price and we were able to check-in much sooner than in 14:30! It was very nice and handy!

The bed was very uncomfortable – there were two beds (each for one person) pushed together. Our night was a disaster, because we kept falling down.

We would like to stay here next time again.

We had breakfast and dinner included. Even it was Corona time everything was great and staff was always kind and ready to help. Very nice meal every day. Big benefit was two sunbeds reserved for each room at near beach.

I think the walls of rooms ar pretty thin so you can hear your neighbours ;-)
