Very clean, nice, modern tiles/bathroom. Great, large balcony, free parking space even in shade, close to beach, shops..

The fold bed/couch was not so great, thin matress, like on harness/net, not too comfy, max for one person. But the other beds were great! Staying on first floor, facing hotel lobby& restaurant oposite- there was too much noise late evening from there.

Good value for money, close to the beach with own sunbeds and umbrella, close to the promenade, but still on a quite street.

Missing hairdryer, missing microwave, need to practice toilet flush otherwise there is smell comming out of the drain. In general I feel these apartments are aged and would need some refreshment already...this is being done partially but would need still some more effort- but this is general issue with most north Italy accomodation.

first time i've seen an apt which sells towels! bed linens were included but not towels and i had to buy them extra. and be prepared - there's no toilet paper in the toilet (not to mention shower gel, soap etc)! also, cleaning was done only once (during 2 weeks of our stay).

The accomodation was clear and it was enough big for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes on foot both from the beach and from the shopping street. We received half-board in the hotel, both the breakfast and the dinner were very delicious and abundant.

Great location near beach and also next to main promenade. Free parking nad also free beach service. Whole apartment was really clean, everything was working including air condition, kitchen. Realy big terrace.

WiFi was not working 100% whole time. Mix tap in shower is missing, you have to spend more than few minutes by setting pleasant water temperature. No toilet paper or soap at arrival.

Місце розташування близько до пляжа, наявність ліфта та власної парковки. Сучасна кухня-студія із усім необхідним, великий холодильник та просторий балкон. Додатковий плюс - наявність біде. Персонал дуже ввічливий та готовий допомогти. Приємно здивувала наявність постільної білизни.

На балконі та у помешканні не було бездоганно чисто - під ногами у кімнатах та на балконі відчувався пісок від попередніх гостей. Рішення з душем не зовсім зрозуміле, але можна звикнути. Як на мене, то краще було б забрати біде, але розширити місце для душа. Сантехніку та меблі (особливо жахливо заплямований диван) давно потрібно замінити. З цього року за парковку та місця на пляжі потрібно додатково платити 15 євро.

В нас були двокімнатні апартаменти з терасою. Помешкання знаходиться дуже близько до моря, в номері було добре прибрано і чиста постільна білизна. В апартаментах є достатньо посуду, чайник, мікрохвильова, великий холодильник. Також велику радість приносила тераса, вона достатньо велика і затишна!

Самі апартаменти дуже компактні, особливо душ і дитяча кімната. Немає рушників, також немає мінімального набору для життя на перший час: мило, туалетний папір, засіб для миття посуду… Паркінг не для новачків, треба добре відчувати габарити машини. Час від часу був неприємний запах в туалеті , який йшов із зливу душової.

Apartmány mají veliký potenciál, ale bohužel není využit. Vše staré, zanedbané, jedna role toaletního papíru, mýdlo na ruce žádné, ručníky žádné, rezavý sušák na prádlo, vyply bojler na teplou vodu, nepovlečené postele, zaprášené závěsy, nepohodlné matrace, lednice nedovírala a hučela při spaní vedle hlavy. Díky recenzím jsme vše přivezli s sebou, ručníky, mýdla, utěrku, toaletní papír, saponát, houbičku apod. Gauč i matrace v pokoji velice nepohodlné, oba nás bolela záda, gauč vrzal při každém otočení. Nepovlečené postele, na peřiny neexistuje povlečení, pouze prostěradlo. Parkování hrůza, muselo se parkovat na milimetry

Perfekt für uns!

Ein tolles Hotel! Sehr sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kind. Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Liegen und Parkplatz gibt es für 15 € am Tag. Obwohl es ganz nah am Zentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften liegt, war es angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Ennyi pénzt azért az apartmanért, amiben mi voltunk soha többé nem adnék ki!

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel van a part, a sétálóutca, a szupermarket. A mi apartmanunkból ráláttunk a tengerre. Szerencsére nekünk még az árban benne colt a parkolás és a strandszerviz.

A rozoga emeletes ágy (amit pár nap után jobbnak láttunk inkább nem használni, így a matracokat a konyha padlójára húztuk ki minden este, hogy lehessen hol aludni), a fürdőszoba elavultsága (nagyon nagyon felújításra szorult volna ami a mi apartmanunkban volt, a barátainkéban fel volt újítva). Nagyon sokat jártunk Bibione-ba nyaralni 20 évvel ezelőtt.

Einfach nur Absteige: Geldmaschine für den Inhaber und Abzocke für den Touristen

Ich fahre seit über zwölf Jahren nach Bibione. Gefallen hat mir an dieser Unterkunft speziell das Badezimmer: schön sauber, der Duschbereich, klein jedoch für italienische Verhältnisse angemessen. Und der Balkon war wunderschön. ♥️

Das Geschirr war schmierig, nicht sauber. Wir mussten alles noch mal reinigen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Das Doppelbett hat bei jedem umdrehen gequietscht, die Matratzen waren verbraucht. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer: man konnte den Staub regelrecht riechen. Die Matratze und das Rost waren komplett durch gelegen, die Matratze war total verdreckt, man hat sie mit einem großen Lacken abgedeckt und dann den Schonbezug drauf gezogen, damit die Verschmutzung nicht direkt zu sehen war. Das Haus an sich ist sehr hellhörig, man konnte jedes Geräusch in unserer Wohnung mitbekommen. Vor allem das zuschlagen der Türen war zu jederzeit (Tag und Nacht) sehr gut zu hören. Ich habe mich einmal in schriftlicher Form an die Rezeption im Palace Hotel gewandt, das Personal hat sich bei mir entschuldigt und wollte Maßnahmen ergreifen. Was ich sehr schade fand, dass wir erst beim einchecken erfahren haben, dass der Parkplatz 15 € pro Nacht kostet. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, die Zusatzkosten in der Reservierungsbestätigung gelesen zu haben. Als Nächstes fand ich die Berechnung des Frühstücks unangemessen: auf meine schriftliche Anfrage vor dem Anreisen erhielt ich die Antwort, dass das Frühstück für Erwachsene 12,00 Euro kostet und für Kinder 8,00 Euro. Da wir Gäste von Columbia waren, mussten wir direkt bezahlen. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Doch abrechnen wollte das Personal 15 € für Erwachsene. Im Großen und Ganzen entsprechen die 15 € im Durchschnitt in ganz Bibione. Doch da ich eine andere Information hatte, habe ich meinen Einwand dazu kundgetan. Da der Aufenthalt sich für mich durch die Qualität des Schlafens, als er negativ gestaltet hat, da ich überhaupt nicht verstehen kann, dass die Gäste dermaßen abgezockt werden, und ich auch nicht das Gefühl bekommen habe, dass ich irgendetwas ändern wird, möchte ich sogar mein Geld zurückhaben.

Appartamento piccolo e confortevole

Posizione ottima, vicina alla spiaggia, al centro e ai principali servizi. Ampio terrazzo e aria condizionata. Personale gentile e amichevole. L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma comodo per 2 persone.

Quest'anno abbiamo avuto un problema con le formiche e al nostro arrivo l'appartamento non era pulitissimo, specie le stoviglie. È la prima volta che capita in 3 anni che torniamo nella stessa struttura.

Lényegében minden, nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mindenben segítettek, bármiben számíthattunk rájuk. Maga a szállás kielegitette az összes elvárásunkat, jól felszerelve várt az érkezéskor. Terasz, légkondi, hűtő és mivel gyerekkel voltunk, a konyhát is nagyra értékeltük. Ami kifejezetten tetszett, az a strand közelsége, de ugyanígy a boltok, üzletek közelsége is.

Nem tudnék ilyet kiemelni. Ezt az is mutatja, hogy még egy extra nappal meg is hosszabbítottuk az ott tartózkodásunkat. Köszönjük Luca☺️

Es war eine schöne Zeit, aber die Wohnung war eine echte Herausforderung.

Die Residence liegt zentral in Bibione und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Balkon war nett und groß; er ist gut geeignet, um draußen zu essen. Es gab ein gutes WLAN, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, einen relativ großen Kühlschrank, einen eigenen Parkplatz und Strand. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Die Wohnung war sehr klein und schlecht eingeteilt; es fehlten vor allem in der Küche und im Badezimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten, wir mussten alles auf dem Esstisch und den 4 Stühlen ablegen. Die Küche ist eine Kochnische, leider gab es kein Wohnzimmer oder Vergleichbares, also waren wir als Familie immer sehr zusammengepfercht. Ein Divan wäre bequem gewesen, ist aber leider kein Platz dafür vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr eng. Im Bad fehlten die grundlegenden Hygieneartikel wie Klopapier und Handseife, auf Nachfrage, wie es ist, diese Artikel nicht zur Verfügung zu stellen, außerdem war der Klodeckel kaputt, trotz Meldung am Anreisetag wurde er nicht ersetzt. Der Parkplatz, welcher 10 € pro Tag kostet, ist leider nicht nummeriert und es gibt nur 4 überdachte Plätze, auch den Strand mussten wir extra bezahlen, bekamen ein Paket für 15 € für die Liegestühle und den Parkplatz. Das Angebot im Hotel zu frühstücken (15 € pro Person und Tag) bzw. für das Abendbüfett (30 € pro Person und Tag) nahmen wir aufgrund des hohen Extrapreises nicht an, auch Kinder mussten bezahlen (50 % weniger). Leider durften wir den Hotelpool nicht verwenden. Ein Fahrradverleih und mehr Infos zu den Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bibione wären wünschenswert gewesen. Fazit: Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

В этот раз в номерах не было микроволновой печи. Её иногда не хватало. Это не критично, так как есть духовка, но всё же, хотелось бы, чтобы она была.
