Nice place. Good breakfast. Silent surrounding.
Inside sound proof is poor! You can here people talking from the other rooms. A bed is not comfortable! It looks like it should be changed.

The location was excellent, the building and decor were interesting and funky, the room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.
It was perfect except for my view but in winter and when I was out most of the day that was pretty much irrelevant.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby and the room were clean. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The location close to the center is very good although the hotel itself is not directly facing "Prato della Valle", as I thought from the information on booking.
The offer on booking states that there is a private parking, but does NOT say that the parking comes at extra cost of 10 eur and they prefer you pay that part in cash. The room was small, the walls are obviously very thin since you could hear the guests in the next room talking like they were in the same apartment with doors open.
Also the heating fan was extremely loud so that it was hard to fall asleep. When I woke up in the middle of the night the fan was off but there was still an annoyingly loud buzz which was coming from the electric fuse box.
