Breakfast was delicious. We did have a small problem with the AC in the room we reserved but staff was very efficient and gave us a new room right away. The GM met with us to discuss the situation, and she was friendly, honest, and fair.

Location, size and comfort of the room.
It was very hot and the air conditioning had not been started making the night sleep very uncomfortable

Very close to central train station. I travelled to Bologna and Como and Milan Central. Pleasant helpful lady staff at reception cleaning my room and serving meals.
Coffee and water facilities in reception area nice for the weary traveller.
I was there in the heat wave so I was very glad Madison was central for me.
Price of city tax very steep 20 euro for 2 nights only 3 in Como a far prettier place than Milan.
Breakfast didn't suit my taste.
It's wonderful to get a pot of breakfast english tea when you travel.

The hotel is very well-situated, just a few short blocks to Milano Centrale, the main train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and quiet.
I was disappointed to be asked to pay for the lovely breakfast. I had thought it was part of the room price.
