Just stayed for one night whilst visiting Cologne. The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever known.

We booked a hotel as it was located close to our friend’s flat, so intentionally far from the city center. It was a clean, comfortable room. The stuff was also very friendly!

Wonderful stay next to Cologne

=> Possibility of underground parking (8€/day). Note that Park in street is possible, but 4 hours max per day and for ... 8€ too ! => Without expecting it, they've nicely upgraded our room to their biggest one :-O !!!!! A whole cozy and charming and comfortable flat instead of a room. => Even if we did not request it, they've still installed a baby bed for our kid :-). => Breakfast was vert good :-) !!! => People were all very nice and helpful :-) => Hotel situated at less than 5 min from the tramway station (20-25 min to Koln Centrum) and a Big supermarket.

The breakfast was champion!!! The lady in the receptionist is extremely friendly and very helpful. The room also super clean and warm (this is important if you want to stay during winter time!). Such a lovely Hotel. Definitely recommended

Wonderful and friendly hotel in a quiet but still well connected area

Didn't partake in the breakfast but we thoroughly enjoyed our arrival as the friendly receptionist was very sociable with us and provided us with a plan and instru tons as how to get to our event with public transport as well as where we could still get dinner despite arriving late. They checked in with us regularly and it was overall a great stay. The room was spacious and very quiet. The garage scared me personally but that's just on having a big car with lots of sensors going off ^^" Public transport is close by, fuel stations and a straight connection into town

The lady at the reception was super friendly. She spoke good English and gave us advice on touristic attractions. Plus, she showed us on a map where to find good food spots and helped us figure out how the tram works.

A very pleasant hotel ideally situated on the outskirts of Koln

Very calm and relaxing environment. Super quiet, made for good nights sleeping. Really good breakfast. Safe underground car parking.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Quiet surroundings and yet close by good shopping and eating. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage fees EUR 3.50 is very affordable and so is breakfast.

Only "negative" I can think of (but not applicable to me) is the distance from Cologne town centre. With tram (close by) it still takes a while to get there.

Super, zeker aan te raden en komen zeker terug als weer de omgeving van Keulen zijn.

Hele mooie kamer met goede douche, super aardig en personeel die veel informatie geeft over wat je kan doen en hoe je daar het beste heen kan gaan.

Raitiovaunupysäkin sijainti oli optimaalinen. Aamiainen oli riittävä mutta ei mitään erityistä. Henkilökunnan ystävällinen palvelu ja perehtyminen asiakkaan tarpeisiin oli erinomainen. Huone oli hiljainen ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Yhteys moottoritielle oli todella hyvä.
