Everything was amazing! The decor, food, rooms were fantastic. The staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful with parking and restaurant suggestions. Our family sat on the terrace and had a very enjoyable evening.

The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly. It was situated in a brilliant position in the old town. Our room was large and very clean, however a little more dated than other rooms but that was not an issue for us.
The room was on the top floor with only a very narrow winding staircase to get heavy suitcases up and down. No lift as an option.
Our departure from the hotel was at 6am. There was no hot water to shower with at this time and it was a cold October morning. This was disappointing given the cost of the hotel.
Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it keeping these issues in mind.
