This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in four years of living in Europe. On the very first night, the temperature was –1°C, yet there was no hot water in the room. After asking the front desk, we were told it would be fixed “soon.” However, by 11 p.m. nothing had been resolved. When I went back to ask again, they told us it wouldn’t be repaired until 1 or 2 a.m. Their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and they even said that it wasn’t just our room—the entire building had the same problem, as if that somehow made it acceptable. Entering and exiting the hotel was also incredibly inconvenient. The main door cannot be opened with the room key and requires staff at the front desk to unlock it. Unfortunately, staff were often not present, which meant we frequently had to wait outside for a long time just to get in or out of the hotel. Completely unacceptable. On the day of checkout, despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. and us clearly hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping opened our door without permission at 9:30 a.m. This was a serious invasion of privacy. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. If negative stars were an option, I would gladly give minus ten stars.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower was very bad, I decided to not shower the last night, I like to shower twice a day. This tells a lot. No proper hot water. The heating did not worked properly. The staff on the first night was rude, told me I just have to wait for the heating. Aha, I waited 2 nights, that never really arrived. I would never stay in this max 2* "hotel" ever. We didn't got the room on the pictures. Instead we got some disability room with disability shower. I reather never visit Paris again if I have to stay in this place. The breakefast was poor. You had to cook your own frickin egg, no salami, nothing. For 15 EUR, this was a big mistake and shame. There is a deli literaly 1 minute away, better things you can buy there, or a restaurant 3 mins away. People, only choose this place if your other choice is to live on the street.

Lovely staff, clean rooms! A really great place to stay for good value for money! Would definitely recommend. Clean, white sheets and towels, lovely pillows clean nice shower.

A really minion room in Paris. Only for short stays

The location is good since the metro station is nearby

The room is really too small. I stayed 2 nights so at the end was ok but there is literally no space to move. The wardrobe is absent, the heating make noises, the sink of the bathroom is so small that my hands can barely fit completely, so the water was all'over the bathroom.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had – poor facilities, no hot water at night

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The washroom had serious issues – water from the shower spread everywhere since there was no proper cubicle, and the drainage didn’t work properly because the floor around the drain was lower. To make things worse, when we arrived back at the hotel around midnight after a long day in Paris, there was no hot water available. The staff explained the next morning that they “turn off the hot water at night and turn it back on in the morning,” which is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially when guests pay for a full day’s stay. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant experience: someone was smoking cannabis right outside our room, within the hotel premises, and the smell entered our room. We reported it, but the staff did not follow up or apologize, even though I asked them to check the CCTV to confirm if it was a guest or a staff member. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Poor facilities, unhelpful staff, and unacceptable policies.

Clean quiet and comfortable. Had a lift. 5 minute walk from bus stop. A bit longer to metro. Also was only a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff.

I’m familiar with Paris snd have visited more than a dozen times. this hotel is near enough to the areas you want to go but a little off the beaten path which I loved! the staff was so helpful. the rooms are a great size compared to Paris hotels. clean and neat. will definitely go back.

Valued location but noting special

The personell help us when we asked. The location is very good, at 15 minutes walking from the tour Eiffel. Near to M12 metro station, 3 minutes walking. It was clean and warm. The price 211 euro for three night was the best that I found in the area. It is OK if you want to visit Paris and need a place where to sleep. If you are in the area don't miss Pizzeria Luigi Pepone (near M12 entry), the pizza is verry tasty.

The room wasn't like in the picture (where the room are lookin very nice). The only room available was 01, at the ground level, close to the street (a little bit noisy). The hotel should have less than three *** stars.

Basically ok but the price exceed my expectation.

The location is great. Walking along the street for 10 minute you can reach the riverside and see the towel. There are two underground lines near the hotel. There are some Chinese characters on the mirror which surprised me a lot.

The room is too small and a little unclean. The basin is lock so that water can’t get through down. It’s ver noisy in the morning you can easily hear others voice.

The location was great near to the metro station and there were some supermarket around you. We had warm room in the realy cold weather and the water was hot. Air conditioner worked properly, and the reseption was very nice. Value is in the location - not a place to spend time in other than sleeping

It was very easy to get to from Gare du Nord and in a great location from which I could see family who lived close by and get to all parts of the city very easily. The room fairly comfortable and had good wardrobe space and complimentary soap.

The room was very small - not much space to circulate around the bed. There isn't much separation between the bathroom and bedroom and the ledge seat in the shower makes it quite cramped. The wifi password didn't work at first and the man on reception just said to keep trying. The woman after him gave us the correct password!

Fantastic the staff are friendly, they can speak English and try their best to help you. it doesn’t like the stereotype about French lol. and nice location nica price and cozy place:) I would like to come here again if I visit Paris again.
