Great Dinner with friendly staff and quiet stay with comfortable bed

Didn’t get the breakfast but had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. The staff was really friendly and place may you feel at home. The location was great since about 25 minutes to the airport and a lot quieter than staying in Frankfurt. The room was clean and typical hotel room so met expectations.

Only thing would be to have a hot kettle in the room so you could have a tea or coffee in the morning. Not a big deal since we were heading to airport early

Out of Mainz nice quiet area The bed was very comfy & room was clean There’s a restaurant in the hotel but we didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. Looked popular.

Clean, but cheap mattress with loud, squeaky bed, very bad Wifi

The location is good. The room was clean with toiletry provided. There was a restaurant with good food. I've been provided with a very late check-in due to my flight was delayed. The staff were nice and spoke English.

The mattress was super old with metal springs poking my kidney. The bad was squeaking every time I've turned. There was constant banging of doors from early in the morning due to the restaurant downstairs. I didn't ask for morning alarm, but on the last day, the room phone was ringing around 7.30am, which was very inconvenient. There was nobody on the other end though. Wifi wasn't working even though it was advertised.

The hotel is excellent, thank the hosts so much for their hospitality. - the beds are very good (I slept like a baby); - the room is very clean; - the ladies are friendly and helpful; - parking on site; - quiet place near the river; - close to Autobahn and the city/airport. My conclusion, let me save this hotel in my "favorites" for the next time.

We picked hotel due to friends in the area that we wanted to visit. It’s nothing special, but it was clean and beds were fine… Due to the heat it would have been nice to have Ac, but fans were provided, and we made due…it’s was fine!

it was extremely hot under the roof. a very tiny room . no fan poor ventilation , Wi-Fi not working. a Formule 2 with a sauna room. staff did not answer the phone when we wanted a fan, did not know about Wi-Fi. did not want to put our cooling blocks into their freezer.

Something needs to be done about the internet. I was one the third floor and the WiFi only reached to the second floor. The shower needs a rubber mat. It was way to slippery for me.

The breakfast is a typical European breakfast with meats and cheese and bread, coffe, tea, and juice and they will scramble an egg or two for you if you want- hot and fresh! Delicious! The restaurant is so tasty with authentic German foods-so fresh and affordable! Service was great, the people are wonderful and accommodating!!

Here's the part that makes me sad to say because the owners are so wonderful. IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP, DON'T STAY HERE! You might as well get up and help in the kitchen because it is so loud until 10pm that there is no point in trying to sleep. At least I know the schnitzel was very fresh because you can hear each individual one being pounded all night long! My room was the cheapest room and the tiniest, being that i was a single traveler. That was fine except The radiator took all night to finally heat the room. The bathroom fan goes on when the bathroom light goes on, and doesn't turn off for 20 minutes after you turn the light off and is REALLY loud. The room is dated, which is fine since its an old traditional type German restaurant/hotel, but when they advertise room service, the phone should probably work. It did not. When the advertise robe and slippers, they should have some in the room. And one last thing- if you have any difficulty with stairs, forget it!! No elevator, 3 flights up steep, narrow, slippery marble stairs- and watch your head on that low beam while your trying to carry your check-on and carry-on up all by yourself, cause there is no one to help you. Again, the food and the people are great! BRING EARPLUGS!!

Eenvoudige maar goede pleisterplaats

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Goed restaurant. En een hele mooie prijs. We kregen s ochtends gratis koffie ook al hadden we geen ontbijt geboekt.

Kleines Hotel mit fantastischem Restaurant

Das Hotel mit Restaurant liegt zentral und ruhig im Ortskern von Ginsheim. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, in den Seitenstraßen und in ca. 100 Metern am Parkplatz Bürgerhaus bzw. Grundschule. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer, teilweise neu renoviert, bequeme Matratzen, täglich 1 Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer ist super. Ich war schon öfter in diesem kleinen Hotel und bin immer wieder überrascht wie freundlich und hilfsbereit das komplette Personal ist. Das Restaurant ist absolut zu empfehlen; schönes Ambiente, frisch gezapftes Bier. Ein großes Lob an das Personal in der Küche - saisonale Gerichte die fantastisch schmecken.

Ein 2. Zimmerschlüssel war nicht zu bekommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet, Balkon (!), es hat mir gut gefallen. War in einer Hitzewelle dort und bedauerte schon, dass das Zimmer nur einen Ventilator, aber keine Klimaanlage hatte, habe dann aber den Ventilator im Zimmer so positionieren können, dass durch die offene Balkontür kühle Luft ins Zimmer kam, und so hatte ich auch trotz Hitze eine ruhige, kühle Nacht. Hotel-Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel und den umliegenden Straßen ein bisschen knapp (tageszeitabhängig). Ein paar hundert Meter weiter gibt es allerdings einen riesigen gebührenfreien Parkplatz.

Leuk en fijn hotel

Leuk hotel met terras buiten waar je een drankje kan doen en lekker kan eten. Het ontbijt was eerlijk fantastisch!!! Personeel super vriendelijk. Een aanrader !

Niet op gelet ook maar er was geen airco, gelukkig wel een ventilator op de kamer want anders hadden we misschien niet geslapen.

Keine Klimatisierung im Zimmer. Dadurch, dass den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf die Fenster schien, Rollos waren nicht zu , hatte ich 28° nachts im Zimmer. Trotz Lüften keine Abkühlung.
