Nice SPA location in Normandie

- beautiful view from the terrasse - kitchen is fine - separate bathroom and toilet - interior of living room was really cute and cozy - SPA is good

- bedroom is very small, curtains were dirty, a better cleaning would be nice everywhere in apartment. The address in booking was wrong, staff was friendly but English was very poor, was really challenging to communicate. Deposit would be nice to mention in advance

Not worth the price we paid for it.

Nice view over the valley.

Rooms feel pokey and poorly maintained. The sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom were almost fully clogged and gave off a bad smell. We told reception about it and we were promised that someone would come and fix it. No one ever came. There is no shelter from the sun on the balcony, which means that when the sun is out you can't use it for most of the day. Our upstairs bedroom got insanely hot, which was not ideal as we had a baby with us.

The location was perfect for our visit to that area of France, The Facilities were perfect for our needs. We like to self cater or eat out. The beds were comfortable & there was good quality linen.

ANTS!! Unfortunately were were invaded by ants that lasted for the duration of our stay. However the staff were helpful & lent us a vacuum cleaner to keep the place a clean & free as possible.

Exceded expectations

The apartment size was perfect, very well furnished, big terrace with nice sea view, plenty of towels, a shower room and a bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equiped kitchen, - we were very comfortable. Pool with beautiful view. Parking, spa, plenty of activities around.

I missed two nights already paid because of transport and getting to the place with childen. I was expecting to have some kind of rearrangement and adjustment or discount with payment but unfortunately the hotel was not flexible at all. customer care was not appropriate in this instance as a result we spent mmmorre than the budget.

Really lovely house had everything we needed. Outdoor pool was lovely and warm (May) Staff very friendly. You can order bread for breakfast each morning. Lovely setting

Good vacation

Nice facilities, good location. It's a relatively small domain, which makes it cozy. Plenty of things to do with kids on a short distance by car. Staff is nice and friendly.

There is no restaurant or shop onsite. You can walk into town (10-15 minutes walk) where you'll find supermarkets. If you want to go to a restaurant is the town you better reserve. When we were there it felt like every single restaurant was full. The communication pre-travel was awfull. You get messages through booking with links that do not work. When you call the phone nr's indicated in the communication you'll ve told they can't help you because you booked through booking. Some of the replies I got were rude, and when you complain by mail they din't answer. Try to call the domain in france directly. The staff onsite is competent and friendly, which can't be said of the central staff.

overal great stay, - since we paid 65 eur additionally, we got an appartment with garden view and had enough privacy. Ot

calm and beautiful location with wonderful views to the ocean and Houlgate town down the hill, green gardens around. The beach is perfect - was not too crowded in July, the town - very cosy, with several places to eat and a great fish market for your own cooking experience.

we informed about our late arrival time but no one sent us any answer or instructions and once we came there was no one to give us the keys. If not another couple, who arrived at the same time and had a phone message from the reception with codes how to get the keys from the locked box, we would have been left without a room until the morning

The view was excellent. The lodging was really comfortable. The spa area was agreeable and a tandem massage was most relaxing and well needed, although 20 Min's was a little short so next time it will be longer.

Our lodging over looked the swimming pool. So we had no privacy. There were times when it was a bit noisy. The balconies were very close and there again, no privacy. The swimming pool had a drainage system that was noisy at night time. A 25 min walk into town, something to bear in mind if you don't have a car.

Nice house in Houlgate

The guest houses are nice, cosy and clean with ample space. Good pool and good fitness, but a bit small (4 machines) Nice beach in walking distance, if you are fit. Nice small town.

Kitchen inventory is not performed between guests, so we missed several ordinary items, but the receptionist is nice and helpfull.

Très calme, avec une belle vue mer au loin. Joli village vacances. Les lits faits à notre arrivée et logement bien chauffé, mise à disposition de peignoir de bain et nombreuses serviettes de toilette.

Vaisselle un peu shorte, 3 verres à eau pour 2 personnes. Plus de lumière au dessus de la plaque de cuisson.
