Lovely pool and fantastic views over the lake and mountains comfy bed nice food staff were very nice.

Tables round at pool area were not cleaned very often left with glasses and delph on them

It’s a very pretty hotel, old fashioned but in a good way. Has a lovely pool and a great dining terrace. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

The pool area was a little scruffy, sunbeds worn and the grass was very long. Water also looked very cloudy

Check in was decent. The personell was great in all outlets, restaurant perfect and great quality food. View on the terrace mesmerizing. Gentleman behind reception desk was also waiter and restaurant supervisor. Breakfast descent, good coffee, sweet lady serving us.

Room is very basic. No hair dryer and bath room amenities. Shower head very small and at night the ant colony behind the walls occupied the bathroom. They were everywhere, coming through wall cracks that missed caulking. Also some sort of flying insects were in the sink and toilet. During our dinner it seemed that some manager of the hotel came for dinner as well. He brought his wife, some parents and an infant. His wife was not only breastfeeding the child but the guy also had the audacity to teach the waiter who seemed to be new a lesson in waiting while during serving hours. The arrogance of this man left us with the only bad taste we had during dinner. With a little bit more love and refurbishment this great building and location could grow to a 4 star instead of 2 star.
