Location to the lake. Clean and tidy rooms and modern.

Restaurant under accommodation was closed every time we have been staying.

Its location, close to the town and to the lakeside facilities. The efficient air conditioning was excellent too.

Fabulous lake views, very comfortable twin beds, fridge in room. The host was amazing and so lovely. She even recognised us from previous visits and called us family.

Good location to visit Iznájar walking. Available parking space General Cleanliness (except for a strange problem with flies infestation, that I hope the owner is solving) Easy to use and nice staff when needed

The rooms are right above a lively and noisy bar-restaurant, and are poorly sound-proofed. This means you only can sleep before closing time (and beyond, because the bar guests stay for some time outside chatting) if you have noise cancelling ear plugs with you. And also means you will be waken up by the noises of the bar staff preparing the outdoor tables. I'd recommend the owner either to heavily invest in soundproofing. There was a flies infestation. Very fat flies everywhere (I managed to kill around 6 of them in my room, they came in through some invisible crack or maybe through the gap under the door...) but the corridor was pretty full of them. It's a pity because the rooms where sparkling clean.
