Great breakfast, great location, great staff. I would recommend

Location is perfect, just short walking distance to best spots in Brugges. Breakfast was a BIG BIG plus, really great quality. Staff do a great effort to make the experience even more special. Parking available with electric charger just steps away from the hotel.

Mattress was too hard, for the price paid I would have expected much better bed quality (this could be fixed with a simple replacement of better quality materials).

Top location, nice lobby and friendly staff, but tiny room.

The location and cosy lobby and the services in the lobby, such as the tea platter that comes with chocolates and sweets. The personal was also very nice.

The room was small and the bathroom a bit outdated, especially for the price. This makes the price-quality doubtful.

An elegant hotel with great access to the centre of Bruges.

The ambience, the staff and the breakfast was superb. The room although not the dearest was really nice. Very nice stay at this hotel. Only I hope that the cost is not too high later in the year.

I would have liked a separate shower but the bathroom was nice.

Going to Bruges? Stay at the Pand!

The Pand is like a home away from home. The staff are always so accommodating and the breakfast, Christmas decorations and ambiance were lovely. It was a wonderful way to spend my birthday

The stairs are a bit tight and the loft is small which makes moving things with a young child tricky but definitely not impossible! And everyone helps!

Overall a great stay and would return to the same venue - but at a cheaper time!

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful telling us about the location and best places to visit. Room was nice and comfortable and they were able to accommodate the whole family. Breakfast was super!

The price per night was extremely high however it was peak season (20 December) and availability was low across Bruges however over £500 for one night was a lot! We were woken by police cars responding to an incident but again think this was because of the time of year and business in the city.

Beautiful venue

Excellent location, very pretty bedroom, beautiful property. The breakfast room staff are particularly worth mentioning. A real treat in the morning to start the day. Five star.

Having a cold shower every day in order to turn the shower on. Also the door seal needed fixing. The quilt on the bed was far too small.

The charm of this small hotel is something else. Our Junior Suite was tucked in the back of the dining area but was amazing and spacious. The staff (especially the ladies at check-in that I unfortunately don’t remember their names) went above and beyond to make our stay great. And the location is perfect and is a very short walk from the main square.

Nothing specific to be honest. Maybe the only thing that was complicated is how the room only had a tight staircase and is hard to get the suitcases if they are big and heavy (the staff very kindly offered to take care of the luggage though! but I refused).

Initially it felt ‘slightly’ odd that the room to our junior suite was in the corner of the breakfast room but as you go upstairs to the room it actually was very quiet and nothing to worry about

Central location. Lovely big room. Delicious breakfast. Really friendly staff. Cost sitting room but could have a few more armchairs around the fire.

Breakfast was rather expensive at 25€ pp but did include a glass of champagne if you wanted it and we didn’t have the cooked options so maybe didn’t make the most of it!

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, with excellent recommendations and advice on what see and where to eat. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was just steps from the town center with safe, available parking. The breakfast was custom made to order and super delicious.

I had remembered this hotel from a stay in 1998/9 and much of what made it special then continues to make it special now; the care and exceptional customer service of the staff, the charm and ambiance and a fabulous location.

The only small flaw was the lack of a guest bathroom on the ground floor- we were told that these were in the basement and only accessible by lift.

The staff both on Reception and at breakfast were so welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all main sites. Raphael took time to welcome us and gave us helpful guidance to make the most of our stay of the main sites to see. He also made recommendations for restaurants and made the reservations for us. We had a superb meal on our first night. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and air conditioning worked well. The standard of decor throughout was high. Would recommend to others.

Exactly what we wanted and surpassed our expectations

Breakfast was exceptional. Iggy and Alessandra were fabulous hosts. All staff were extremely helpful, particularly our night porter and Barman (Reubin) Location was superb. Rooms were "charming" "Special breakfast juice" (Champagne) was a lovely treat

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was out of this world, with complementary champagne 🍾 Staff were so friendly & very helpful. We were offered an upgrade on our room to the Junior Suite & the room was beautiful with spectacular views of the skyline. Location is perfect to explore Brugge 😍

Close to the main square this was a wonderful find.

Location was superb...close to the City centre. We paid for parking right outside the hotel which was well worth it. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice and attentive service. Would thoroughly recommend.
