Special thanks go to receptionists Kesar and Marco for their excellent service. However let me say that all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely with exceptional views, comfy beds and thank god for the bath! We dined at don royale which was very good.. housekeeping also deserves a well done for it's random checks on us and offering more bottled water. Pools are lovely and clean.
My daughter wanted pancakes for breakfast however they were not available

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Nice choice of evening restaurants
It said there was air conditioning but turns out that it is turned off for the winter months… our room was between 22-23c (we had our baby with us and her room thermometer) each night so very hot. I don’t think they should say there’s aircon when there isn’t. Our sink was also very blocked when we arrived but the hotel staff did get this fixed quickly once we asked them to fix it.
