Hotel Pradas Ordesa

El chico de la recepción ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido fantástica. Nos solventó algún problema y estuvo en todo momento pendiente. Además, la suite es una habitación muy agradable

Nada a destacar

We stayed in the Junior Suite for 2 nights in late June. It's a fantastic location with amazing views of the village from upper floors. There is free parking very close by. Having a jacuzzi in the living room was great after long hikes, but I couldn't get some jets to work. Two ACs (one in living room area & one in bedroom). It feels rustic & like a cabin, but it was very clean.

The toiletries were disappointing for a 3-star hotel. There was no soap dispenser available & only tiny liquid soap packets were provided that were a pain to open. We ended up buying soap at the store next door. The shower had only a body wash/shampoo all in one dispenser. No separate shampoo & no conditioner at all. No toilet paper rolls, but strange napkin like squares in a dispenser instead. No Kleenex & only one trash bin that's in the bathroom.

Hôtel avec le charme de l'ancien, propre et confortable (clim appréciée en période de canicule), au centre de Broto et à 5 kms de Torla (départ des bus pour le canyon d'Ordesa). Place de stationnement dans un parking fermé. Bons restos et commerces à proximité immédiate.

Dommage que la rue soit bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit (heureusement le vitrage est efficace et on n'entend plus rien en fermant la fenêtre) ...

We did not eat breakfast it was not inclusive in the room rate and adds 18Euro to the stay cost per night, we were asked to book breakfast the day before if taken at the hotel so we cannot offer an opion on breakfast. Room was OK but verging on expensive for the area.

The was no hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so why this hotel has a 3 star rating I don't know, its an expensive stay without have such facilities. Don't expect a quiet lie in on a morning the cleaners are in early and make sure they wake everyone up before 9. As there was no restaurant available at the hotel so we had to eat out, to do this in Broto village the options are limited - Go to Torla more options there also a very nice village.
