Stunning location with gardens and areas to sit and relax. The centre is about 5 minutes walk where there are restaurants and shops. There is a large shared kitchen and living room area for guests to use. Plenty of parking availability opposite.
The drive up is a bit narrow, but once you get there the hotel and views are worth it.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Large, comfortable rooms with fantastic views of the village, mountains and waterfall. The property has extensive grounds to relax in, a garden, porch, swimming pool and living area. It's really more of a large lodge and so you feel very at home, and also have use of common facilities like the kitchen. The atmosphere is magical, with the view, fresh alpine air, and the sounds of the cow bells. We hope to come back again some day.
Access by car is a bit tricky, through tight streets with sharp turns. Best to use a small car. The night when we arrived they had mistakenly provided fewer sets of towels than our number of guests, but they remedied this right away. Also, it might be because of the number of cows nearby, when we opened our windows one afternoon to enjoy the fresh air, quite a lot of pesky flies entered the room. But the place itself is and feels very clean.
