Staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived. Explained how things worked. Sat down with us and explained things to do in the city and more. Excellent check in and check out. 10/10
1. You have 5 keys given to you to get to your room and turn the electricity on. All on one bulky wire. You can’t take any keys off, so you carry them with you all the time when you’re out. 2. The breakfast area doesn’t have a non smoking section. There are two distinct areas which one could be a smoking area. Every morning we unfortunately had people sitting eating breakfast and smoking near us.

The location is excellent and management are helpful.
We requested 2 single beds but the base was a queen base therefore there was a risk of falling off the bed because the mattresses were larger than the base. The bedroom and bathroom were very small.

Location was great, close to downtown Barcelona. The staff was friendly. Good breakfast.
The beds were not comfortable at all. We asked the staff for extra pillows but we could not get any.
