Disaster in Romantic Benaco Saló

Close to lake shore, buses and town. Clean.

Owner is a total disaster, disorganized, cheap and stingy person. We came there and could not even get in because she failed to give us an instruction - the PIN# to open a key box. The discharge of water (wash basin and shower) were plugged. Very frustrating!!!Failed to instruct us how to put broiler on. Then she said "I thought it was on". She will lie but the same happened to a couple from France that stayed in other suit. There was absolutely no soap or shampoo. When we asked for it , she said there was a "welcome kit" . One third of a paper roll for two people for five days!!! There was no "welcome kit". She was lying. When we finally put the boiler on , it's valve started leaking. She sent a plumber next day. Never said one word of apology. Noisy place above a busy restaurant.

Excellent apartment and perfect location. Shame about the wifi

Fabulous location overlooking the lake and above a pedestrian area so no traffic noise. Very well equipped and modernised apartment in an old building right in the middle of Salo so just a few steps to restaurants and shops.

Broadband very slow and wifi doesn’t cover the whole apartment. in a pedestrian area and up stairs so getting luggage in and out can be tricky but local support very helpful.

Very good location with wonderful lake view. We were not bothered by the noise. We enjoyed the teraces in front of the apartment.

The front door to the apartment was a "one-kick". Would have felt more safe with a modern, secure door.

We can absolutely recommend this apartment and would book it again!

The location of the apartment is excellent. You are directly at the promenade and have a great view on the lake. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. At check-in you receive even a small welcome package with some toiletries. The garage is only 3 walking minutes away, safe and at no extra charge. Just one small thing to improve: it would be very handy to have a clothes horse or more options to hang up your wet towels / bathing clothing. Overall, the staff was very helpful and friendly - we truly enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend it! :-)

Posto incatevole peccato per la poca pulizia

Posizione comoda al lago e vista meravigliosa. Appartamento è abbastanza grande e bello l'arredamento

Mi dispiace ma era poco pulito, accessori cucina incrostati, capelli nei cuscini, ho camminato scalzo nel pavimento ed era abbastanza sporco, per non parlare dell'odore nella pattumiera sotto il lavello insopportabile. Pochissime stoviglie per 4 persone, come anche il kit cortesia solo 1 quando eravamo in 4 persone, non c'è un porta carta igenica e devi appoggiarla dove capita , e manca il gancio per l'accappatoio e un mensola dentro la doccia. L'acqua del lavandino in bagno non scende. Ci siamo lavati un giorno e mezzo con l'acqua fredda per poi scoprire che andava accesa la caldaia oltretutto sgocciolante, consiglio qualche cartello con istruzioni d'uso. Il wifi presente ma non funzionante. E i letti aggiuntivi sono praticamente scomodissimi quasi impossibile dormire. La finestra del bagno da direttamente sulle scale del palazzo privacy zero. Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi offerti. Host mai vista solo contatti tramite messaggi.

Primitiv und Endtäuschend

Uns hat gut gefallen, die Zentrale Lage im Ort Salo, so dass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte.

Bei Ankunft war es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden um unser Gepäck ausladen zu können. Die Unterkunft war als Ferienwohnung beschrieben, war aber nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Das hatten wir überlesen. Die Beschreibung Ferienwohnung ist total irreführend, wir hatten alles an Utensilien für die Verpflegung und einige Sachen für die Küche mitgenommen. Im Badezimmer Stand ein Regal mit Wasserkocher. Es gab keine Tassen oder Gläser geschweige Löffel . Wir haben uns dann Tassen und Besteck gekauft , so dass wir unser Frühstück selbst gemacht haben. Einen Tisch gab es natürlich auch nicht in dem Zimmer. Wir haben uns an eine Anrichte gesetzt.. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zum Reinigen des Zimmers. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen wie die Bude aussieht wenn man da 2 Wochen drin wohnt. Es fehlt ein Staubsauger oder wenigstens ein Besen und Kehrblech. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht steuern, das angegebene WLAN Passwort war falsch . Wir haben so lange ausprobiert bis es unter einem anderen Netzwerk lief. Schrank ist für zwei Personen zu klein. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir nur über WhatsApp kontakt......sehr sehr unpersönlich!! Denke dem ist das auch alles egal. Alles in allen war das eine totale Zumutung. Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht. Salo hat uns als Ort und der Gardasee sehr gut gefallen. Wie gesagt auch die Lage des Zimmers war gut.

la location e le dimensioni dell’ appartamento sono le uniche cose positive di questo appartamento

il divano letto è praticamente inutilizzabile, in pratica si dorme direttamente sulle doghe in legno. Lo stesso dicasi per il letto apribile. il bagno, senza bidet, ha lo scarico del lavandino intasato. Se la sera ti lavavi i denti l’ acqua rimaneva fino alla mattina del giorno dopo. il phon in dotazione funziona a minuti, tipo 1 minuto si, 10 no e cosi via. non c’ è presente in appartamento nulla per le pulizie, neppure una scopa. la caldaia gocciola ed invece di ripararla ci hanno messo un secchio. ma la cosa peggiore è la puzza. il bagno ha una finestra che da sulle scale interne del condominio. c’ è una puzza di chiuso e vecchio indescrivibile. per finire, quando ti mandano le istruzioni per prendere le chiavi, queste sono sbagliate. è sbagliato l’ indirizzo e non c’è il cartello che scrivono. purtroppo non avevo letto le precedenti recensioni, se no avrei letto che queste cose erano già state scritte!!!! sconsigliato

il phon era rotto, non andava giu' l acqua dalla doccia,( uno schifo incredibile ) anche dal lavandino, il letto degli ospiti era una cosa imbarazzante, impossibile dormirci, neanche un fachiro avrebbe apprezzato, di una scomodità clamorosa alla fine abbiamo utilizzato una branda in dotazione e abbiamo dormito in 3 nel lettone. per il resto la posizione e la vista sicuramente sedavano ogni disservizio. andrebbe migliorato qualcosina perché è un peccato

Die Lage ist super

Wir fanden die Ausstattung eher spartanisch. Die Halterung des Duschkopfs defekt, Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht, keinerlei Infos im Zimmer zu Wifi oder anderen Dingen. Auf die Frage, wo man parken könne, kam nur die Antwort, es gäbe viele Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt kann man das liebevoller machen. Obwohl ausschecken erst um 10 Uhr war, kam um 9 Uhr ein Putzdienst ohne zu klopfen einfach ins Zimmer. Mit ein bisschen mehr Herz würde man den Kunden das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein
