Beautiful studio apartment completely renovated and refurnished, just a few minutes from Salò, surrounded by nature and countryside.
The studio apartment is located on the first floor. It is composed of a living room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine, washing machine and dishwasher), a small terrace for two people, ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the moonlight, a small balcony with countryside view and lake view. The bedroom with double bed is located in the mezzanine accessible by a wooden staircase.
The studio flat is not suitable for elderly or physically challenged or particularly tall people. Suitable for young couples.
Very quiet location surrounded by nature. Equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, WIFI Internet, SMART TV with NETFLIX.
Private parking just a few steps. Small shared garden, located next to a river.
Some areas of the apartment, such as the garden, the car spots, the entrance hallway are shared with the other apartment.
Nearby there are cycle paths, an excellent restaurant, take-away pizzeria, tobacco's shop and bar, butcher, a playground and a small church.
City center and beaches are about 25/30 minutes walking distance.
We offer towels and beach towels, sheets and bed linen, a small welcome basket for our guests who want to spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
